Given the recent unprovoked violence perpetrated by ANTIFA, a group that claims to be fighting fascism that effectively shut down the free speech of conservative journalist Milo Yiannopoulos at U.C. Berkeley, it seems appropriate to review the long history of violent attacks on Trump supporters that have taken place ever since the day he announced his candidacy.
In the following video you can see scene from various Trump rallies and events where protesters massed outside to harass, spit on, verbally abuse and assaulted peaceful rally goers simply trying to attend a political event.
“These were not clashes, these were pure attacks“, said a local journalist covering one of the events. “Trump supporters — men, women and even the elderly — left this building last night and walked right into danger.”
As a family with a young child walks through the mob to attend a Trump rally one of the protesters shouts, “You teaching your kids to be rapist”, along with other profanities. And who could forget the man in the yellow polo shirt, who was walking out of a Trump rally in San Jose with a sign, when a protester hit in the side of the head with a blunt object causing blood to splatter all over his face and cloths.
The leftist protesters have descended into a modern day lynch mob, attacking Trump supporters or anyone who disagrees with their views in the most hateful ways possible. If this reminds you of a certain group who dressed in white sheets and targeted certain members of society, also started by Democrats, then you’re starting to get the idea.
The silver lining in these violent attacks is that the victims will be remembered and recognized, thanks to social media, while the cause of the protesters continues to show its true violent colors effectively diminishing their message. The left has worked hard over the years to “dehumanize” any groups who not submit to their political agenda. The very branding of Trump supporters as “alt-right”, which protesters have quickly morphed into “Nazi”, leads them to believe they aren’t assaulting innocent civilians, but instead are leading a noble crusade against fascism (by using fascist tactics themselves).
The left often references the “oppressed minorities” of our country, claiming them to be the victims of racist attacks, yet all we keep seeing is bloody and abused supporters of America’s 45th president.
