Russian president Vladimir Putin expressed hope of an actual reset of American relations, not a plastic “reset button” like Hillary Clinton brought over there during her tenure as Secretary of State, and welcomes new US ambassadors under the Trump administration.
Since the embarrassing DNC and Podesta hacked emails released by Wikileaks before the election, the media has desperately pushed the narrative that “Russian hackers” were somehow responsible and intended to influence the results of this election. The press has even gone as far as to blame them for Donald Trump’s victory, and Green Party candidate Jill Stein is even using them as an excuse to pioneer recount efforts in several swing states.
NOTE: Putins’ comments on US elections starts at 14:32.
After the Obama administration’s treatment of Russia, I’m sure Trump’s leadership is a welcome sight for Putin, as it means a chance at real peace between the two nuclear super powers.
Like Trump says, “Wouldn’t it be nice if we actually got along with Russia?”
Yes, it certainly would, President-elect Donald Trump.
