In a stark difference in leadership, Donald Trump visited flood victims in Louisiana last week, bringing with him donations and supplies, while Hillary Clinton chose to hobnob with the rich and famous, attend fundraisers for her campaign and take selfies with Justin Timberlake.
Donald Trump recently donated a tracker trailer full of supplies to victims in need, along with giving 100k to Greenwell Springs Baptist Church. Meanwhile, President Obama refused to interrupt his vacation, choosing to rather play golf at Martha’s Vineyard, and Hillary Clinton was too busy holding $50,000 a plate fundraisers and taking selfies with celebrities like Justin Timberlake.
Even many liberal media outlets criticized Obama’s decision to golf while Louisiana suffered a natural disaster, displacing thousands who lost their homes in the flood, and Hillary Clinton followed suit by continuing her fund raising and mingling with the wealthy upper class.
The question is, who would Americans rather have leading their country? Someone like Donald Trump who takes action and physically helps victims of a catastrophe?
Or someone like Hillary Clinton, who makes a phone call to the Louisiana governor, but values raising money for herself and taking selfies with Justin Timberlake and Jessica Beil?

Even hardcore Clinton supporter James Carville, who just said recently that “somebody is going to hell” over criticizing the Clinton Foundations questionable dealings, even giving thanks to Donald Trump for visit, but at the same time he defended Obama’s decision to play golf while Louisiana suffers.

It seems Louisiana victims were more appreciative of Donald Trump’s efforts to assist them by actually visiting and donating, than they were of Hillary Clinton’s brief phone call to the state’s governor. Did that phone call help the victims in any way at all? No, but besides Donald Trump’s donations actually doing some real good, victims of the flood thanked him for visiting since it drew more national attention to their plight.
Just a theory, but perhaps since Louisiana is a solid Republican state expected to vote for Trump in November, Hillary Clinton didn’t find any gain for herself by visiting the victims ravaged by the flood, and instead found more benefit in taking selfies with Justin Timberlake.
Do we want a leader that cares more for themselves than the lives of Americans, or a leader who will sacrifice to help fellow citizens in their time of need?
